DELIVERY AND RETURN

 

1 DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days.

 

1.1 EU Countries, US & Canada, East & Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand

 

We offer free delivery (tracked service) for all orders within the major cities of a list of countries. Delivery time varies depending where you live. For estimated delivery time we’ll provide at checkout depending on the service selected.

 

When your order is dispatched you’ll receive a tracking code and a link, follow the link and you’ll be redirected to courier’s website. Please note that tracking service could take time, please allow 24 hours for the service update.

 

1.2 REST OF WORLD

For the rest of world, please send us an email for at tsun@aseptic-studio.com, please allow 48 hours for our quotation.

 

1.3 CUSTOMS

Customs and Import taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination county. If any charges occured they must be paid by the recipient.

 

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, and we’re unable to estimate what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We’d advise customer to contact a local customs office for details before ordering.

 

In the event if the product was held up and returned by customs, any charges occured such as return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fee will be deducted from the refund or gift card.

 

1.4 UNDELIVERED PRODUCT

We’d suggest customers to ensure someone is available at delivery address provided as a signature is required. If no one was available to receive your order, the courier will normally make a 2nd attempt or leave it in their depot. In this case you are responsible to collect the product yourself. If the product was not collected from the depot and returned to Aseptic Studio, we’ll issue a refund minus the delivery charges, handling fee and any additional cost if applicable.

 

1.5 DELAY

As a general note, delivery time is estimated therefore not guaranteed. Aseptic Studio shall not be responsible for any delays due to courier issues.

 

Please allow 10 days after the ETA time before requesting any form of re-delivery or refund.

2 RETURN

Although we’re quite sure that you’ll enjoy our product and service, we understand that sometimes there could be changes and you may have to return a product, our team are alway happy and ready to help at tsun@aseptic-studio.com.

 

2.1 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

If unfortunately a return is unavoidable, you have to tell our team whether you’d need a replacement (2.2) or refund (2.3), provided that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt. The following criteria have to be met, too.

 

  • Product has to be unused and with all original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase i.e. a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement

 

Important: Aseptic Studio is not responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

If the product is returned to us later than 30 days of receipt, we’ll issue a discount code for your future purchase.

 

2.2 REPLACEMENT

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We aim to inspect the returned product upon arrival and notify you of the approval or rejection within 3 working days. If there’re any issues with the replacement process, such as size or colour required being out of stock, we will notify you by email.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We aim to inspect the returned product upon arrival and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 working days.

 

For approved return your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time to show up in your account or on your card.

 

2.3 LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund to show.

2.4 INTERNATIONAL RETURN

Please ensure you mark ‘Return Product’ to the product and on all paperworks enclosed in the order to prevent taxes to occur.

 

The Consignment Store shall not be responsible for any customs and taxes occured for the return. Customers are responsible for all customs, taxes and other charges occured and to clear same in case the return product is held up.
